A New Running Goal

I've been away for awhile, running somewhat intermittently.  I recently came across a training plan that I wanted to share.  The plan comes from and is a 16 week program that will prepare me for a half-marathon by the end of March 2009.  I am going out of town this Friday and will start the program on Monday.  In the meantime, a little practice will not hurt.

Let's see, can I do a 5k (3 miles) with a 1 mile warm up and 1 mile cool down?  I think so!
