I've been following your blot and just started the 200 situps!
I became a workout freak around 40 also, this move has set me back a bit but I'll be getting back into it soon....just getting the weight machine up!
Thanks for the relocate of the blog....One suggestion...make it a link next time..people are lazy :-)
